Learn to give parents a quiet space to articulate their own observations.

Learn to listen actively to the parents’ observations and thoughts while doing joint observation.

Learn to use the active listening as a tool to gain understanding about how the parents feel, see and interpret their baby’s behavior.

Learn to summarize the observations together with the parents using the See Me Develop form.

Learn to consider care recommendations based on the joint observations.
